The business is owned and managed by Kate Amey.  


Kate is chartered member of the CIPD and has over 20 years experience of working within HR, in numerous sectors including Engineering, Retail, Construction and Public Sector. In addition to the in depth general HR experience, Kate has been involved in large scale change projects, disposal of large business divisions, large TUPE transfers both in and out,  acquisitions and large scale restructures and redundancies.

Kate is also qualified coach and mentor, as well as being MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator) practitioner and can offer team and individual MBTI sessions.
